Help with Java

Unable to watch the videos on our website?

There are 2 possible reasons for this: Either

1. Java is not installed on your machine, or
2. Java is installed but not enabled on your machine.

a. How to install Java

You can download a recent version of Java from the Java website, here. Select "Java software free download" on the left hand side. The correct version for your computer will download and install.

b. How to enable Java

Each browser has a different way of enabling Java. Please choose the instructions appropriate to your browser and your operating system.
