Enabling Java on Netscape Navigator 4 for Windows

Start Netscape Navigator.

From the Edit menu, select Preferences.

Select Advanced and tick the Enable Java option, as shown below:

Click OK to close the Preferences window.

Close and restart Netscape Navigator to allow these changes to take effect.
